With elements of Art Deco, Craftsman and Art Nouveau, this piece could be called elegant without much argument. The primary wood is Claro Walnut with Circassian Walnut Burl doors and top along with Ebony trim and inlay.
Shop-sawn veneers made it possible to completely bookmatch the entire piece, making each side the mirror of the other. The curved pilasters at the ends of the center section are actually doors for tray storage.
